　　这个是一个信用证的要求。　　1.要在提单日期的10天内并且是信用证的有效期内交单。　　2.信用证的号码及日期还有开证行名称要显示在所有的单据上。　　3.没有照做信用证上的所有条款、单据可能回收、因为没有仔细考虑而照成的单据差异，出现以上3种情况的任意一种我将会扣除汇票金额的0.125%（最低是60美元）作为我行的操作费及其他费用。　　4.不承认保结押汇和担保。　　5.提单是不可转让提单，且所交单据中含有一份提单副本. 　　6.提单必须有3份正本. 　　7.提单上必须显示集装箱号码。　　8.运输单据（主要是提单）的开具日期不能迟于信用证日期。　　9.运输单据上必须盖有船公司的章.额外的货运费比如类似装卸费等是不可接受的。

　　1、运输单据签发后10天内交单，且需要在信用证的有效期内；（一般只提单后10天内，这个有点不合理，一般都是提单后21天内交单）　　2、信用证的号码，开证日期，以及开证行的名字必须在所有单据中注明；　　3、如果已经提交寄出的文件和信用证的条款和规定不一致，或者文件出现不符点经过银行审查，但是受益人没有给出补救，则我们要扣除0.125%(最低60美元)的不符点解付费用以及其他费用；（前面的话可能翻译的不准且，主要意思就是不符点付款的费用）　　4、不允许凭保议付；　　5、正本提单随附一套不可议付的副本提单文件；　　6、一套提单必须有3份正本组成；　　7、提单必须显示集装箱号码；　　8、不接受运输单据的签发日期早于信用证的开证日期；　　9、不接受提单上提及除了运费之外的其他费用（诸如装货卸货等等，不具体说了）　　另外说明的是4：　　不能凭保议付指的是受益人提交的单据如果有不符点，不能够凭由受益人签发并提交的保函议付。
