Table-tennisisanidealgameusbecauseitbringsthewholebodyintoaction.Itstrengthensourmuscles,expandsourlungs,promotesthecirculationoftheblood,andcausesahealthyactionoftheskin.Besides,itisveryamusinganddoesnotcostusmuchmoney.Table-tennisisverymoderate;itisnotsoroughasfootball.Itisanindoorgameandcanbeplayedevenonrainydays.Thus,itismyfavoritekindofexercise.
