Inmyopinion,therearefourcauses:
First,graduateslackexperience.Theyspendmostoftheirtimeatschoolstudyingacademicsubjectsandlackrelevantjobtraining.Onlyaftergraduationdotheyrealizeit’shardtofindjobs.
Second,competitionamonggraduatesgrowsmorebitterandmorebitterandbitter.Thesupplyofuniversitygraduatesexceedssocialdemand.Thisresultsinadecreasedchanceforanyindividualgraduatetofindajob.
Third,somestudentsdon’tstudyhard.Someofthemskipclassesjustbecausetheyhavenointerestincertainsubjects.Someplaycomputergamesorpursueotherinterests.Somesleepinclassorinthelibrary.Thentheyleavetheshelteredenvironmentoftheuniversitycampus,todiscovertheydon’thaveadequateknowledgetoapplyformanypositions,whichmakesthemfeellostandfrustrated.
Finally,somegraduatesareconceited.Theylackexperiencebutaskforahighsalary,whichisimpractical.
So,universitystudentsshouldtrytheirbesttochangethissituation.Whentheyareinschool,theyshouldmakethemostoftheirtimeandputtheirheartintotheirstudies.Theycanholdpart-timejobsintheirsparetimetoaccumulaterelevantworkexperience.Theyshouldtakepartinsomesocialactivitiesandprovidethemselveswithspecialtraining,ifpossible.Whentheygraduateandapplyforjobs,theyshouldattachmoreimportancetoaccumulatingexperiencethantotheirstartingsalary.
