OnJune231931PostandGattyflewaroundtheworld.ButmanypeoplesaidGattywastherealhero.Hehadguidedthefight.ThishurtPost.WileyPostbegantoplananotherflightaroundtheworld.Thistimehewouldgoalone.

OnJuly151933PosttookofffromFloydBennettFieldinNewYork.HebecamethefirstpersontoflyfromNewYorktoBerlinwithoutstopping.Hehadflownaroundtheworldineighteenhoursandforty——nineminutes.
