"indictment",在美国,该词指由大陪审团提出的刑事起诉书,区别于检察官提出的起诉书（information).通常在须以大陪审团起诉书起诉时,先由检察官向大陪审团提出申请公诉书（billofindictment),如果大陪审团经过审查...

原来是这个样子啊！不过我还有一点不懂，起诉书有公诉书有什么区别么？什么情况下还需要大陪审团出具刑事起诉书（只是指在检察官提出的公诉书上签字吗？）啊？在下不是法律专业的，麻烦指教了！
