子贡曰:“如有博施于民而能济众,何如?可谓仁乎?”
子曰:“何事于仁,必也圣乎!尧、舜其犹病诸!夫仁者,己欲立而立人,己欲达而达人。能近取譬,可谓仁之方也已。”

理解与感悟:
子贡家境富裕,学问也不错,一日问老师:“如能兼济天下,是否可以称得上仁?”孔子没有生气,而是换个角度很有艺术地回答:“何止是仁,一定可以称得上是圣人!即使尧舜这样的先贤也做不到。仁,自己想有立身之地,先助他人有立身之地,自己想实现目标,先助他人实现目标。能设身处地换位思维,可以说是找到了成仁的方法”。
仁乃孔学要义,然仁者少,成仁难。换位思维,设身处地是一种方法,是否能达“己欲立而立人,己欲达而达人”之仁者境界,就看各自的造化了古之仁者少,今之仁者更少。己欲立而立人者少,己欲立而压人者多。己欲达而达人者少,己欲达而毁人者多。今早新闻,言道德教育将纳入公务员培训体系,领导干部是重点之一,然官场乱象,仅每年6个学时不痛不痒的培训能解决之?!
