Inthisworld,everyoneisrestrictedbyothers,rules,policies,andlaws,etc,andindividualscannotdoeverythingtheywant.Theserulesandlawshavemadeuslessfree,intermsoflive,work,andothers:employeesmustpaythetaxtothegovernment.Admittedly,thelawsandruleshavechangedourlifestyle,andmakepeoplefeelnervous.However,inmyopinion,therulesareanindispensablepartofthissociety.
Tobeginwith,itisneededtorealizethattherulesandlawsareusuallydecidedbythepublic,andsomearealsorelativetotheexperiencesandrealneeds.Therefore,mostofthepoliciesarebeneficialtofolks.Forinstance,itisverydifficulttoimagineanenvironmentwhichthepeoplecankillothersfreelywithoutpunishment.Ifeveryonecouldkillthepeopletheyhated,therewasnobodycanbealiveatlast.Also,ifpeopledidnotpayanytaxtothegovernment,whowereliketopaythemoneytofeedthecitizensinpoverty?Wouldeveryoneliketowatchthesepeopledyingbecauseofhungerorillness?Andwhohastheresponsibilitytoofferusinsuranceandwelfare?Obviously,ontheonehand,thelawsrestrictusalot;however,ontheotherhand,thesemakethelivesafeandpeaceful,andmakehumanmorecooperative.
Inaddition,lawsandrulesexistsincethousandsyearsago.Atthattime,kingsutilizethelawstoorganizehiscitizensandletthemobeythekingdom.Thousandsyearslater,thelawsarenotjustusedforthebenefitsforpresidentsorprincipals;theyarethekeyofthedevelopmentandcultureofhuman.
Intheend,lawsandrulesplayapivotalroleinthemodernsociety:theycontributetheevolutionoftheentirehumanrace.
