promotedtheadvancementsoftechnolgies,whichgreatlyfacilitateourwork,study
andlife.
Inmyopinion,thekeytotheissueliesintheattitudewetaketowardsup-tempo
living.Goodmanagementcanhelpuscopewithfasterlives.Firstandformost,we
shoulddeceleratethepaceoflifebyadjustingourperspective,andlearntoreduce
thepressureandburdenforourselves.Besides,weshouldarrangeourlives
rationallyandlearntorelaxourselvesandenjoyourselvesatleisuretime.
