21.Death

21.1IntheeventofdeathoftheEmployeeduringthetermofhisemployment,hisremainsandpersonalbelongingsshallberepatriatedtohiscountryoforiginattheexpenseoftheCompanyoraspercoveragebyWorkmenCompensationInsuranceScheme.

21.2Intheeventsuchrepatriationisnotpossible,disposalofthesamemaybecarriedoutuponpriorapprovedarrangementwithinreasonabletimewiththeEmployee’snext-of-skinassetoutinSchedule1tothisAgreementorintheabsenceifsucharrangementwithinareasonabletime,uponpriorapprovalbythePeople’sRepublicofChinaEmbassy/Consulate.Howeverforwhateverreasons,theCompanyisobligedtofollowanydirectiveasstipulatedbytheMalaysianGovernmentanditshalltakeprecedentovertheabovearrangement/approval.

22.Company’sRulesAndRegulations

22.1UponterminationofemploymentforanyreasonwhatsoevertheEmployeeshallprohibitedfromenteringtheCasinofortwoyearsfromthedateofterminationofemploymentsubjecttotheconsentoftheCompanyinwriting.

22.2UponterminationofemploymentforanyreasonwhatsoevertheEmployeeshallprohibitedfromvisitingorpatronizingtheResortanditsfacilitiesforaperiodofsixmonthsfromdatethedateofterminationofemploymentsubjecttotheconsentoftheCompanyinwriting.

22.3TheEmployeeshallatallmaterialtimesbesubjecttoandobservetherulesandregulationsoftheCompanythatareinforcefromtimetotime.

23.Levy

ThelevyimposedbytheMalaysianGovernmentonforeignworkersshallbebornedbytheEmployee.SuchlevyinitiallypaidforbytheCompanyshallberefundedtotheCompanywithintwelvemonthsformthecommencementdatethroughmonthlysalarydeductionsatarateasdeterminedbytheCompany.

24SecurityDeposit

24.1TheCompanyrequiresandtheEmployeeagreestothesecuritydepositbywayofmonthlydeductionofRM600(RinggitMalaysia:SixHundredOnly)formtheEmployee’smonthlysalaryfordurationoftwo(2)monthscontinuouslyuponcommencementofthisAgreementforthefollowingpurpose.

(a)topayfortheliquateddamagesequivalenttossumofRM10,000(RinggitMalaysia:TenThousandOnly)forthecostofrecruit
