Unluckilyhedidn'thavemuchluck,andhecaughtonlyafewsmallfish.Hewasquitedisappointedandwasgoingtogobackhomewhenheheardofalargeriverthatwasfulloffishnearby.
Hefoundtheriverquiteeasilyandfolloweditthroughthecountrytoaplacewhereitflowedthroughafarm.Hedecidedtoaskthefarmer’spermission(许可)tofishintheriver.
