【Abstract】
Alongwitheconomicglobalization,Chineseenterprisesarefacedwithincreasinglyfiercecompetition,whichisthecoreoftalentcompetition,sothestatusofknowledgeworkershavebecomeincreasinglyprominent.Employeesintheenterprise,theknowledge-basedemployeesasaresultofpossessionofprofessionalskills,atthemercyofmanagement,theuseofotherresourcesenterprisedominantposition,thereforealsobecometheobjectofcompetitionforallenterprises.Also,becauseoftheparticularityofknowledgeworkers,usingtraditionalmethodsitisdifficulttomanage.Howtoattractandretainknowledgeworkerstocopewithintensecompetitionintheenterpriseisfacingamajorchallengebeforeus.Toaddressthisissue,thisarticleanalyzesthecharacteristicsofknowledgeworkers;extracttheknowledge-basedstaffwastagefactor,andfromtheperspectiveofpsychologicalcontractbreachontheimpactofthesefactorsinherentmechanismofthelossofstaffandprocesses;throughhumanresourcemanagementfunctionslossofcontrolofstaffmadeanimportantmethod,namelythepsychologicalcontractstafftocarryoutthewholemanagement.Eventuallycontrastthepsychologicalcontractofknowledge-basedemployeesanimportantrole.
