[摘要]目的：观察多索茶碱在治疗婴幼儿儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及不良反应.方法：选取收治毛细支气管炎患儿102例,随机分成两组,治疗组在常规疗法上加用多索茶碱,对比两组在咳嗽、喘息好转时间及肺部体征恢复正常及住院时间的长短,同时观察治疗组在输液过程中是否出现呕吐、心动过速及烦躁不安等不良反应.结果：治疗组在咳嗽、喘息好转时间及肺部体征正常时间方面均少于对照组,不良反应发生率低,无不能耐受病例.结论：多索茶碱治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效.
