8.4.IncasetheSELLERfailstopaymoneyintime,mentionedinp.9.3.and9.7.ofthepresentCONTRACT,theSELLERshouldpayfinetotheCUSTOMERattherate0,1%fromthetotalsum,beginningfromtheday,whenthesumhadtobegivenbackinaccordancewithp.9.3.and9.7.ofthepresentCONTRACTtillthedayofactualrepayment.
8.6.IncasetheCOUNTERfailstopaymoneyintime,mentionedinp.5.1.,ofthepresentCONTRACT,morethan3(three)workdays,shouldpayfineattherate0,1%fromthenonpaidsumforeverycalendarsay,beginningfromtheday,whenthepaymenthadtobeenmadeinaccordancewithp.5.1.ofthepresentCONTRACTincludingthedayofactualpayment.
