Whenhereturnedhome,Darwinwaswarmlygreetedbyhisfamiliesandmanyfriends.
In1842DarwinwenttoliveinKentwherehecontinuedhisstudiesofthechangesinnature.Darwinunderstoodthatplantsandanimalsarenotalwaysthesameandthattheyreallychange.
By1859DarwinhadfinishedhisfamousbookTheOriginofSpecies.Itmadeagreathitintheworldofscience.Hewasopposed(反对)bythechurchandevenbysomescientists.Butlater,moreandmorescientistsagreedwithhim.
