Tworeasonsmayaccountforthisphenomenon.Tobeginwith,asthepopulationgrows,peopleconsumemuchmorenaturalresources,whichoftenleadstoexcessivehunting.Second,withtheincreaseofhumanactivities,modernpeopletakeupmoreandmorespace.Whichhasagreatimpactonotherspecies.Finally,theproblemofpollutionbecomesmoreandmoreseriouswiththedevelopmentofmodernindustry.Moreandmoreanimalshavetoadaptthemselvestothedecayingenvironmentormovetoatotallydifferentplace,butnotallofthemarefortunateenoughtosurvivethechanges.
Solvingthisproblemcallsfor,aboveall,thegovernment’seffortstocontrolpopulationgrowth,todecreaseindustrialpollutionandtoenhancethelawstoforbidwildlifehunting.Moreover,commoncitizensshouldbeawareofthisecologicalcrisisandtakeontheresponsibilityofwildlifeprotection.Inaword,onlywhenthegovernmentandthecommonpeoplemakejointeffortscanwehopetofindasatisfactorysolutiontothisproblem
